These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and apps operated by OrbitPros LLC ("OrbitPros," "we," "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered office at 30 N Gould Street, Suite N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801 — including orbitpros.co, the customer booking service at app.orbitpros.co, the installer app at pros.orbitpros.co, and the partners portal at partners.orbitpros.co (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
OrbitPros is a residential installation marketplace. Customers book professional Starlink satellite-internet installations, which are performed at the customer's residence by vetted, licensed, and insured third-party installation professionals or partner organizations ("Installers"). OrbitPros arranges, coordinates, and stands behind the work; Installers are independent businesses, not employees of OrbitPros.
OrbitPros is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SpaceX or Starlink. "Starlink" is a trademark of Space Exploration Technologies Corp.
Depending on how you use the Services, a specific agreement — accepted electronically by checking "I have read and accept" during booking or onboarding, with no signature required — applies in addition to these Terms, and controls if it conflicts with them:
The Services use passwordless, email-based magic-link sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account you register with and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information — installer vetting decisions and job dispatch depend on it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, misuse the Services, or violate the applicable agreement. You can delete your account at any time (see Section 9).
Quotes are generated from the information you provide about your property and needs. The final scope of work is the one confirmed on your booking. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout; equipment included in your quote is shipped to your address ahead of the install and becomes your property on delivery, as described in the CSA. Work outside the confirmed scope is performed only with your prior consent and billed at our standard support-visit rate stated in the CSA.
The full cancellation and refund terms, including equipment-return mechanics, are in the Customer Services Agreement, which controls.
You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or qualifications; use the Services to send spam or unlawful communications; probe, scrape, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' data; circumvent the platform to avoid fees in ways your governing agreement prohibits; or use the Services for any unlawful purpose. Residential Starlink hardware may not be used for commercial applications in violation of Starlink's terms of service.
By submitting ratings, reviews, photos, or other content, you grant OrbitPros a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. Reviews are moderated for authenticity before publication. Don't submit content that is false, infringing, or abusive.
Installations booked through OrbitPros are covered by the workmanship guarantee described in your Customer Services Agreement. Except as expressly stated there, the Services are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant satellite service quality, coverage, or uptime — that is between you and your satellite-internet provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrbitPros' total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to OrbitPros for the booking giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the specific remedies set out in your accepted agreement, which controls.
You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time: installers at pros.orbitpros.co/delete-account, partner organizations at partners.orbitpros.co/delete-account, and customers by emailing hello@orbitpros.co. See our Privacy Policy for what is deleted and what we must retain by law.
We may update the Services and these Terms. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where your accepted agreement specifies otherwise. Disputes arising from a booking, installation, or partnership are handled as set out in the applicable accepted agreement.
